2. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

    • You have the legal right to use this Service and upload files;

    • Your uploaded content does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;

    • You will not upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or contains viruses, malware, or obscene material.

3. Uploading, Processing, and Downloading

  2. Processing: We use AI algorithms to remove background noise. However, results may vary depending on recording quality, environment, and noise type. We do not guarantee that all noise will be fully removed.

  3. Downloading: Once processing is complete, you can download the output file. You are responsible for saving backups of your files. We are not liable for any data loss or corrupted downloads.

4. Intellectual Property

  1. The Service, including software, algorithms, design, branding, and other related content (excluding user uploads), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  2. You retain ownership of any files you upload or the resulting cleaned files. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, process, and reproduce the content solely for providing the Service.

  3. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
